Ottima struttura nel centro di Napoli. La signora che ci ha accolto gentilissima, ci ha dato anche vari consigli per visitare la città e ci hanno tenuto le valigie qualche ora dopo che abbiamo riconsegnato la camera. abbiamo preso la camera normale, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e soprattutto per la posizione

B&b scelto, in occasione del mio compleanno, per la camera dotata di un bagno con una vasca idromassaggio doppia. Quest'ultima purtroppo non è stata da noi utilizzata in quanto l'acqua per riempirla, da tiepida è divenuta subito FREDDA e quindi questo disservizio (problemi alla caldaia) ci ha impedito di goderci questo plus che era stato profumatamente pagato!! Non abbiamo neanche potuto fare la doccia la mattina seguente perchè l'acqua calda non arrivava!! Inoltre, le lenzuola erano lise, con piccoli buchi e macchiate indelebilmente. Insomma, tutto fumo e niente arrosto!! Compleanno rovinato!! Il proprietario si è rifiutato categoricamente, dopo averlo più volte contattato, di riconoscerci almeno un parziale rimborso, non ammettendo neanche il disagio da noi subito!!! Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura!!!

Prenotato e pagato su booking, quando siamo arrivati ci hanno chiesto una cauzione di 200 euro con carta, credevo una preautorizzazione alla banca senza addebito che avrebbero annullato alla partenza (come successo in altri hotel) INVECE SI TRATTA UN PAGAMENTO CON CARTA CHE SAREBBE STATO RESTITUITO DOPO 15 GIORNI. OGGI DOPO 25 GIORNI E 5 GIORNI CHE CHIEDIAMO SPIEGAZIONI veniamo invitate ad aspettare e ancora hanno i nostri soldi. Dovevano chiamarmi ANCHE OGGI in giornata ma nessuno si è fatgo sentire Peccato perché per il resto non avrei avuto niente da dire

Giorgio, il 18 novembre. Sono stato in qsta struttura cn la mia famiglia, pulizia cordialità e gentilezza al TOP. Super protezione, perché l'entrata del palazzo dove avevamo la nostra camera, ha le telecamere sempre accese. Posizione ottimale nel cuore di via Toledo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Well where to start?? Here's a brief list of the rubbish stay we had: Check in was miles from the actual accommodation and was for x18 different buildings, not hotels; No tea/coffee making equipment; 20 cents every time to use the lift - unavoidable as rooms were on the 5th floor; beds so close to the wall we had to approach bed sideways; badly laid out accommodation; no beakers/glasses in the bathroom nor bedrooms; 3 clothes hangers to share between 2 ;people for 4 days; no drawers for clothes; couldn't open any windows/doors as the balcony was a building site; no reception on site so not help available if needed; 4 euros to leave each case in an unlocked cupboard; only x1 socket that worked; no spare pillows or bedding; a safe that didn't lock; a bunch of keys to carry around that would do Alcatraz proud; English channels in one room but not the other; no guide to using TV/radio; TV on wall angled obliquely to the bed;

Boutique Toledo was a very positive experience for our group. We were greeted by the sweetest person named Stefania who helped us carry our luggage up to the room. The rooms are located on the fourth floor. The hotel is actually on the Villa Toledo but it is in the area that a taxi can drop you off in front. Stefania went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a little problem with the air conditioner on the first night but it was fixed promptly the next morning. It sits above a pastry shop that we were given coupons each morning to use. I love staying in old buildings such as these because it gives us a feel of life in Napoli. I would definitely stay there again!

Questo b&b offre camere confortevoli, si trova al quarto piano di un palazzo antico di Napoli, con uso ascensore, pulito e ordinato, ma soprattutto la posizione è ottima, si trova sulla via principale, via Toledo, un punto centrale per visitare con facilità a piedi le meraviglie di Napoli.
