Very good apartment hotel, very convenient and safe. We arrived a day early and wanted to leave our luggage. The front desk agreed without hesitation, and the service attitude was very good, recommending routes and restaurants for us. The room is large (it should have been the largest suite we stayed in), with two balconies, a large and modern bathroom, a Bluetooth system, a coffee machine, two TVs and other equipment. Breakfast is simple but the service is attentive. The only problem was that it was hard to find. We couldn't see the small sign in front of the building. We had to call to get in touch.

Really nice and clean place with all the services you can expect and the location is perfect with everything you need walking distance, highly recommend. Gisella from the front desk was especially helpful. Couldn’t ask for more and would be back soon

Spacious room, friendly staff happy to help with recommendations, instructions on getting places, and organising taxi booking. Breakfast spread was great too, lots of options including eggs and pastries. Only a few rooms on the 5th floor of building so balcony had some good city scape views.

Great location in Naples, right next to the Metro. Interesting building - the hotel is on the upper floors so the entrance isn't obvious if you're not paying attention. Good base for walking around Naples. I would return.

The hotel is located tight across the metro station tha t is very convenient. Staff was vey attentive and gave us a lot of good tips to move around the city. The room was clean, well decorated, and confortable.

Que achado de lugar. Localização perfeita, 10 minutos caminhando da principal estação de trem da cidade (bom pra quem pretende ir pra Pompeia e Sorrento), perto do porto e do ônibus que para o aeroporto. Equipe atenciosa e muito organizada, sempre com ótimas dicas da cidade. Café da manhã muito bom, com todos alimentos frescos.

Very nice hotel located just next to the metro. Walking distance to all the attractions. The lady at the reception was kind enough to give us advises for the pizza place and I had the best pizza of my life.
