Our friend Angelo at front desk was very helpful and polite. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Naples. There are good nearby cafes and restaurants.

Great reception staff. All really nice and friendly. The economy room was below what I expected for the money that I paid but the location was what I wanted for visiting Secondigliano.

Eigentlich sind es 2 Hotels!! In der linke Seite des Gebäudes befinden sich die Superiorzimmer diese sind ansprechend, großzügig, modern und sauber. Im rechten Gebäude über der Rezeption die Standard Zimmer. Diese sind klein, eng schmuddlig ohne Ablagefläche im Bad. Alles verwahlost, Wände mit Flecken, Löchern u. Rissen übersät u. der Putz fällt an mehreren Stellen ab. Handtücher voller Flecken.Badfliesen und Boden eklig. Die reinste Bruchbude!! Einziger Lichtblick gute Matratze u. heißes Wasser.

Increíble nuestra estancia en el Hotel Fiorentina, mi hija y yo quedamos encantadas con todas las atenciones del personal, el servicio, limpieza y comodidad en las habitaciones. Facilidad y empatía del personal y su manager para resolver temas que se nos presentaron de último momento, en fin si pudiera darles mejor calificación sin duda lo haría. A 30 min en transporte público de la Estación Central de Tren y Autobús.
