The Ritz-Carlton, Naples

Ritz Carlton Naples service was the best I have ever experienced. Amenities offered were terrific for families as well as adults Used Chris from the Photography Concierge at the hotel for a family photo shoot and he was the consummate professional as to quality and style

First time visiting this Ritz! The renovations are beautiful! My husband and I arrived at the Ritz on 6/8. We were here to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. Upon check in we were greeted. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. However she put us in the worst room. Mind you I booked a one bedroom oceanfront suite. The room we were given was 1423. NO ONE wants that room. You are backed up to the service department. All night all I heard was the ice machine and elevator. Next morning I contacted the front desk regarding my complaint. They said it would be addressed. Later that day it was. We were moved into the NEW tower room 710. It was a beautiful room with a gorgeous view. Not sure why i was not given this room to begin with! Now my second complaint. Ladies you need to advised to this. We booked a cabana with Nicklaus the pool manager 701 for that Sunday. All went fabulous! Askon was our server and she was amazing. Made sure all of our needs were met. While we were there on the first day at the cabana, i decided to rent it again for the next day. The next day it was storming, so i decided to cancel and we ventured off property. We are frequent visitors of Naples. FL. so we decided to be bop around. Well then the weather decided to cooperate. I called the Ritz to see if we could get the same cabana. The answer was YES! So back to the Ritz we go. We arrived back at noon. Upon arrival they have landscapers with electric trimmers trimming the hedges. Really at $700 a day. I do not want to hear that or see workers right behind us. Mind you i am in the Horticultural industry. I get it they needed to be trimmed. How about prior to our occupancy of the cabana. Once this was an issue I addressed it with our server Angela. Within the hour it was handled. However now he is trimming by hand again on my side of the cabana. I had no privacy. Now the kicker to all of this. Ladies you need to be aware of your surroundings! Once the landscaper left. We were finally starting to enjoy the cabana. Which mind you is fabulous. I am sitting in the chaise outside the cabana. I notice a gentlemen standing off to the side. Not inside the pool gate. Just outside of it. I actually thought he was a hotel guest. I hear our server says hi haven't seen you for a while. Well know I have the creeps , as he is standing in the same area about 10 feet from me. My woman radar leads me to believe something is not right. I felt he was peering in on the woman at the pool. Taking pictures and videos. As he was there way to long. He leaves. I feel better. He now comes back again. Standing in the same area. About ten minutes later i see him peering into my hedge in the cabana. I stand up and say *** are you doing? He says i am watching your tv. Do i have a problem with it! Yes get the hell out of here. I then requested the server get the pool management. Nicklaus comes over to say i am sorry that happened! That was it! I was told this man was a spa member. NO

Had an awesome stay for family celebrations trip over Memorial Day weekend. There were lots of extra activities for the holiday weekend. The pools and Gulf were great for the whole family! Our young kids loved the shuttle to the Ritz -Tiburon with the water slides and river pool. The Club level accommodations were amazing. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help out in any way. We also booked Chris with the Photography Concierge through the hotel to document our trip and the photos were perfect. Chris was so easy to work with and I am still in disbelief that he got all 5 kids to smile at the same time! It was so convenient that it was all right there at the hotel grounds and Chris was familiar with all the great spots for photos!

My fiance and I came for a quick getaway last week and he surprised me with an engagement. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helped him create the surprise for me, but the biggest help was Chris from Photography Concierge (a vendor with the hotel). My fiance explained how much he went back and forth with Chris about every detail of the night, and then he was so much fun to shoot with! We really enjoyed having photos to remember the moment by, and even got some taken afterwards. The turnaround was so fast that he sat down to review our images with us before we even left! Chris is so talented, and he helped us pick a package that met all of our needs so we could take the photos home to our eagerly awaiting families. The Ritz is always a pleasure, but Chris was really the person who made all the difference for us on such a special day.

Getting my husband to agree to a photo shoot on our anniversary vacation was a small miracle. Getting through the photo shoot without an argument, a smile on his face and beautiful pictures was nothing short of monumental, and it would not have been possible without Macarena. Her professionalism, calming demeanor and ability to navigate the shoot in record time was priceless. She seamlessly incorporated our two pugs into the photos without missing a beat and effortlessly captured the character of our family. It was a pleasure working with her and we will be booking ‘The Photography Concierge’ for next years photos when we visit Naples.

Beautiful property expected nothing less

As a Marriott Bonvoy elite member, this is one of my favorite properties that I visited. Very comparable to the JW Marriott in Marco Island if you stay in Adults only Sirene. This property seemed a touch more upscale, but the beach is similar. We had an oceanfront room and the view was spectacular. It was extremely hot in June, so next time we go back, it will be in the Winter! Food was great, bath amenities A+, room super clean every day, staff was helpful and friendly.
