プールは監視員なのか、ただの受付だけの2人が居ましたが階段の上で談笑し受付対応のみでした。部屋のシャワーお湯がでないかも‥と言われ‥結果でました。シーツ4人分複数の穴まみれで二度と行きません。古い旅館と汚い旅館意味合いがちがうと思いますが‥両方でした。

내가 가본 료칸중 최악의 료칸입니다
순화도로에 붙어있어 전혀 료칸같지 않고
방은 많이 낡았는데 청소가 덜 되있고
음식은 너무 싸구려로 준비해서 조식과 석식 모두 홀대받는 느낌이었습니다
숙박인원이 별로 없어서 장사가 안되는 료칸이라는 느낌이 많이 들었습니다

高速の入り口が近いのと部屋の壁が薄いので音は結構うるさいです。店員さんは丁寧だったり態度が悪かったり、人によります。温泉に無料で入れて気持ちよかったですが、部屋にトイレや浴室、手洗いが無いのは厳しかったです。

頁面上注有海景房，實際是山景。雖然有車站接送但是接送時間是有規定的，沒有註明不是很清晰。離車站太遠了，離景點也有距離。

服務非常到位，露天温泉也超棒。缺點是房間隔音效果不好，好在入住的客人素質很高基本不影響，唯一不能接受房間內沒有衞生間🚻，除了這點其他滿分！

ほとんどの従業員の方は、気持ちの良い対応でした。ただ、楽しみにしていたサウナが故障(？)
なのか冷たく入れませんでした。そこは残念でした。
