We stayed here for three days over Easter 2024. As you would expect from a Relais & Chateaux hotel, it isn’t cheap but everything was outstanding. The staff did all they possibly could to welcome and attend to us; the hotel itself is beautifully decorated in a minimalist style and located close to (and with a view of) one of Nara’s main Buddhist temples; and the food (both breakfast and dinner) was an exquisite Franco-Japanese combination. I can’t recommend Noborioji Hotel in Nara enough.

桜の季節に相応しい、春いっぱいのランチでした。 見た目も色彩豊か、春の食材の美味しさに思わずウットリ。 特にお魚料理、今まで頂いたことがないような、ジューシーで爽やかな、サフラン色のソースに驚きました。 お肉料理の子羊も癖がなく軽めに仕上げられていて、とてもいただきやすかったです。 デザートのミルフィーユのクリームがカスタードとピスタチオで二層になってて、もう美味しすぎます... 来月のメニューも楽しみです。

元は名古屋に本社がある森精機の迎賓館として使用されていた施設を改築され、2008年よりリーガロイヤルホテルと合資で造られたと伺いました。 スモールラグジュアリーホテルで室礼、ロケーション、サービス、どれも最高レベルだと思います。 食事はコンテンポラリーなフレンチで、とても美味しかったです。

ホスピタリティーが素晴らしかったです。また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。ホテルの部屋にあるフルーツのサービスが素晴らしく、どれもちゃんと甘くて美味しかったです。夕食、朝食も満足いく内容でした。外に散歩する際にカイロや鹿せんべいを渡してくださるなど、細かい所まで行き届いており、気持ちの良い滞在となりました。

スタッフの方々の物腰、サービス。夕食、朝食のレベルの高さ。部屋の内装、照明の明るさ等々、全てにおいて質が高く、正に大人のための大人のホテルだと思いました。 近隣の観光についても丁寧かつ的確にアドバイス頂いて感謝です。駐車場もチェックアウト後も延長利用させて戴き、とても助かりました。是非再訪したいと思わせる素晴らしいホテルです。 栢口さんのサービスが素敵で特に印象に残りました。

毎回、至れり尽くせりのホスピタリティに感動しますが、お部屋にそなえてある夜食用のカップにゅうめんや、お散歩に出かける時に傘や飲料水、鹿せんべいまで用意してもらえる心くばりには思わずなごまされます。レストラン「ル・ボワ」での食事は大和野菜を使った、見た目もおしゃれなフレンチ。バーも充実しているので、やはり一杯、味わってからお部屋に帰りたくなります。

予約して訪問。フレンチコースDéjeuner S。 前菜含め4品。地元産野菜、魚料理、和牛フィレ肉もexcellent！ デザートはフォンダンショコラとバニラアイス。食後のコーヒーの付け合わせのお菓子には地元の銘菓・柿寿賀も。 スタッフさんの対応もexcellentでした。
