Hotel Base Nara

Oh my god, there was no one at the front desk, and I didn't notice that the password was sent to my email! I was freezing outside in the middle of the night! ! I contacted the customer service and found out that the password allowed me to enter the door!

It would have been nice if the accommodation website had information about convenience stores and nearby shops (since it was a little far away). Overall it was good, but I could hear a lot of outside noise, so I'm happy that earplugs were provided as an amenity.

The hotel's toilets and bathrooms are shared. This is the first time I've encountered this. Fortunately, the common room is better, otherwise the experience would be too bad.

Clean and sanitary, very close to Nara Park, very comfortable to walk slowly. The room number and password will be sent in advance, check-in is smooth, the public area is quiet, and it is worth it.

The facilities are quite complete and the children like it very much when they go in.

First of all, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, with a friendly attitude! They told us the precautions, the hotel is clean and hygienic, and they also covered the quilt by themselves. The bathroom for showering is especially clean. Every guest is very conscious and tries to control themselves not to disturb others. It's great!

A more convenient youth hostel. The mixed capsule room is noisy, so I usually choose a single room. The public area is very comfortable.

There is a terrible problem with the shared room. There is a loud beeping sound when opening and closing the door. Those who are not familiar with it should be careful.

Good location, friendly lady
