This newly opened hotel in Nara has a beautiful environment, relatively new hardware facilities, and a slightly remote location. She was very considerate from the moment we checked in. We are an elderly couple who are over 120 years old. She is so polite and kind. Professional, yet very patient and considerate. I would also like to thank the little girl who opened the bed for us and my wife on the first night. She was so polite and tidy.
