The location is excellent, right around the corner from Kintetsu Nara Station. It's also a short walk to Nara Park. The hotel service is top-notch. The room is small but fully equipped, clean, and tidy. The toiletries are from Pola, which are of high quality. We spent all day sightseeing and were exhausted, but we slept wonderfully and woke up feeling completely refreshed.

The room was a bit small, making it difficult to fully open two suitcases. However, it's quite close to the subway station, and the price was decent. Check-in is self-service and available in Chinese, which was pretty good. There's also an instant camera shop right across from the hotel.

Location was near subway lines. Another subway line was not so far too. Many food options nearby and 2-3 bus stops to Nara park.

it a self-checkin and checkout system. hotel room was small but doable for a quick 2 nights stay just for the nara experience. the toiletries such as the shampoo and showergel were good. self help for mosturiser and other amenties from the lobby.
the hotel is very near the nara park and the shopping street. the bed frame also had beautiful motifs nara. enjoy my experience with this hotel!

Clean, Modern, and Great Location!"Perfect stay at Henn na Hotel! The automated check-in was smooth, and the staff was very helpful when needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the high-tech features. Ideal location for exploring, and great value for money. Will definitely be back!"

Enjoyed the change in environment in Nara and really appreciated the large room which is a huge contrast over the tiny rooms you get in bigger cities. Really appreciated the Japanese bathroom with bathtub. The toilet is also behind a separate door and the sink is outside. Don’t expect much service from the hotel staff though as their selling point is the holographic robot dinosaur who checks you in.

The hotel was located next to Kinentsu Nara Station,thus it is very convenient for those who are planning to visit the Nara Deer Park. The room was also very big and clean. Highly recommended for the price paid!
