Heywood Spa Hotel

What a fantastic beautiful hotel, staff are really friendly and welcoming. The rooms are at a very high standard and meets beyond expectations the restaurant and spar was absolutely stunning. We checked out this morning and already booked to stay there again in August. Perfect location with in walking distance from tenby town centre.

A fabulous hotel! Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Staff were all amazing. Food incredible, great spa, spotlessly clean. Take no notice of any negative feedback! Advertised as 4 star, more like a 5! Will definitely rebook.

I love this place… it never fails to deliver time after time. I do have a soft spot for Tenby but this hotel could be anywhere in the world and I would keep returning. The staff are genuine, the restaurant is classy and the spa facilities are blissful. Rooms are always comfortable, clean and bright. You are relaxed, looked after and feel valued, all in all a great hotel.

Staff was extremely polite which was nice. BUT, As soon as we walked into the room there was a really big spider and there were moths flying around. There was mould on the curtains and in the bathroom and there was a lot of dust in the room. My partner has sinusitis so being around the mould and the dust was extremely uncomfortable for her and resulted in 2 restless nights. The water pressure of the shower was basically non existent which again, was disappointing. We booked the executive room and expected a double bed but we got two singles that were combined which was unfortunate. Overall, the stay wasn’t hindered by the staff or the any of their efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible and Tenby was a beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful grade 2 listed building. It’s very well cared for. Everywhere it smells nice and fresh here. Plenty of space to sit quietly somewhere in- or outside. The weather is extremely beautiful during our stay, so we could sit outside anywhere! Beautifull room with a balcony. We could see the pool from there. In the lounge is mentioned that the famous writer Lewis Carroll was there long ago where he wrote the foreword for a childrens book – The lost Plum Cake (1897). I read it – such a sweet story! Food is very basic, but …. it is really well prepared. Not exquisite cooking of the chef, unfortunately. In fact, you can get these types of meals everywhere. Staff is very nice, very helpful. Big compliments for Ilana – she works in the morning, in the evening with quite a lot of spirit and kindness. Improving the Wi-Fi is also not a superfluous luxury here. The connection drops regularly. No charging station for charging hybrid/electric cars. 'Just' charging via wall socket will cost £25 each time!?! What they are now offering us shows that they don't know anything about electric charging here. The rate they offer for charging a hybrid car is downright ridiculous. After a detailed explanation on our part, a compromise is reached. £5 per charge. Nice that they offer it. But connecting to the regular grid is a very long time to charge and you can't charge that much for that. Then you are not aware of what charging such a car entails and also not of the rates. Tesco charges 46/47 pence per kwh. And then they still make a profit. Essential: do your homework!

Lovely hotel! Very nice and welcoming staff. Breakfast was delicious, pool facilities amazing, location superb! The only downside is very little light outside the car park which makes it difficult to drive and park the car if you coming in the dark hours. Would definitely recommend and stay again

I was part of the Adeo tour group that visited last week. Thank you to Anish and his team for a wonderful stay. My room was ideal for one person, the wifi strength was super, the food and presentation excellent. Decor and ambience all very tastefully done and the staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you

We had the most relaxing spa day , the Pool,sauna ,hot tub and jacuzzi were lovely also the relaxation room was perfect , then we had the most delicious afternoon tea , staff very friendly and helpful will definitely book again was the perfect day for my daughter's birthday thank you X Sarah and Megan Morris

Me and my partner stayed here for one night and we were very pleased with the service and accommodation! We did have an electrical problem with the room that happened 3 times however the staff were very prompt to solve this and gave us 20% back on our stay. Very relaxing feel to the hotel and very clean. The spa was an added bonus and the outdoor hot tub we will definitely return.
