The structure is very beautiful, we arrived late in the evening and found the room not very clean, there were hairs on the floor both in the room and in the bathroom, on the second day however everything was in perfect order, clean, the breakfast was very plentiful and good. As a rating I give a 4.½unfortunately for the cleanliness otherwise it would have been a 5

Wellness center: unprofessional and rude staff, poorly maintained and dirty spaces complete with mold in the hot tub. In the changing room area, the floors are dangerous because they are slippery. Bar: staff always smiling and helpful

I booked a Christmas special combo deal which involved thr Spa 55 mins and a 3 course dinner. The Spa was a contracture massage or deep tissue by Valentina. I will say as a qualified holistic therapist ex martial artist Valentina is the best massage prationer that I know. I have used many specialist regarding many issues around dysfunctional muscle tissue. Valentina is a highley skilled massage therapist who uses a wide range of techniques to alleviate all types of muscle deficiency. I specially fly to sardinia to arrange an experience a high level masseur as they really don't come much better than therapist Valentina she is very respectful and courteous and committed in what she does amazing .. I would highly recommend her. With regards to the food and service on that stay the food was really exceptional.

Our flight was cancelled from London Gatwick, not our fault. So we couldn't get into Italy because The Air Traffic Contol Tower had been infected.
So we claimed a refund from the hotel as we couldn't get there and we were not offered any other flight's or solutions, and the hotel refused to refund us and there was nothing we could do about it.
Under the Atol protection we were covered but still they refused to refund us.
Very poor!
