Struttura di eccezionale pulizia, nuova e grande gentilezza del proprietario. Unica nota stonata è che trattandosi di 3 appartamenti adiacenti se si capita sfortunatamente con gente maleducata diventa difficile riposare. Essendo in pieno centro si sentono i rumori della strada non proprio delicati. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.
