Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it. $27 euro a day. You get no towels for the beach or the pool and if you ask for one it’s a big deal and they try and charge you $10 euro a day per towel and was a big hassle to even obtain one. The room had no plug ins near the bed to charge phones. The rooms were run down and very outdated. After traveling through many parts of Italy and having the best experience with hotel staff this left something to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also not the place for a couple, it’s more geared toward families with small children.

Excellent location a stone's throw from the sea, very good services (swimming pool, relaxation area, parking space, etc.).
Excellent catering service.
The rooms are a little dated, and the fixtures do not soundproof well so external noises are annoying.
However good value for money.

I stayed in this property from 17 to 23 July (room 571) upon arrival we were not happy with the room but Mr. Corrado, a very kind and helpful person, changed our room in no time. What can I say, it felt like we were at home, we found kindness, hospitality and above all the food was wonderful, coming from us Salernitans, who are used to good food, it's no small feat. The hotel is located directly on the sea, in a quiet area but not far from the historic center of Capoliveri, which is beautiful. Very large beach equipped with all services. Obviously, to visit the other beaches on the island you need a car, but I assure you that it is worth it and in any case each town is not very far from the other. In conclusion, the hotel is definitely worth it.
