Special Policy for Typhoons and Natural Disasters In the event of any of the following circumstances, cancellation fees will be waived regardless of the standard policy: When a "Storm Warning" or "Special Warning" is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for the area where the accommodation is located. When, on the day before or the day of your stay, essential transportation (such as Shinkansen, flights, or expressways) required for your travel is suspended or closed. When the facility determines that it is difficult to operate due to conditions such as power outages, water outages, or road closures. In cases where a typhoon is only forecasted or a "Caution Advisory" or predicted path has been issued (i.e., before an official warning is in effect), the standard cancellation policy applies.

Close to the airport (walkable to T3, from there free bus to other terminals), new and fresh, spotless, free ramen and beers in the fridge, more than I expected, great value, would definitely stay again!

The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Free bottled water and one complimentary instant ramen or other frozen food per night.They have free airport shuttle, but you need to reserve one week in advance. Because it's close to Narita Airport, it can be noisy from planes. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay.

This is the 1st time I stay at tiny home type of hotel, surprisingly the room is very clean and comfortable. They provide free water, beer and snacks (frozen food and cup noodles), it’s a plus. There are laundry machines on site, very convenient for the travelers. They also provide free airport drop off but need to make a reservation. Only disadvantage is without a car, it’s hard to get around the area. If I come the area again, I definitely will stay here again.

Sirve muy bien si quieres llegar al aeropuerto, si tienen transporte gratuito al aeropuerto lo que fácilmente te puede ahorrar 350 pesos mexicanos pero no le hagan como yo que les escribí a las 11pm porque nadie te contesta , ni ese día, ni mañana , ni nunca

나리타 공항 활주로 바로 옆에 있어서 예민하신 분들은 비행기 이륙소음이 신경쓰일수도 있으나 저는 귀마개를 항상 가지고 다니기 때문에 괜찮았습니다. 기본 무인운영이라 저는 오히려 체크인체크아웃때 신경 안쓰이고 좋았는데, 단 마지막날 나가지도 않았는데 청소한다고 11시에 무작정 문열려고 하는건 좀 불쾌했음. 보통 체크아웃시간 30분 오버하기 전까지는 전화만 하지 안건드리지 않나? 24시간 스낵코너에서 커피와 컵라면등도 먹을 수 있고 무엇보다 신설이라 침실이 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 단, 가장 가까운 편의점까지도 차로 한참 나가야 되고 주위에 아무것도 없어서 해외관광객용으론 부적합하고 일본 국내 자동차 여행에 적합한 호텔입니다.

このタイプの宿泊施設に泊まるのは初めてでしたが、想像以上に快適でした。空港から近いため飛行機の音は若干気になりますが寝られないほどではありません。今回は空港までの移動にタクシーを使いましたが、無料の送迎バスがあるようなので次回はそれを利用したいです。

夜中になるとテレビが映らなくなる事が多いのでそこだけ欠点です。あと、初めて行った時は大丈夫だったのですが今回行ったら浴槽に小バエがたくさんいてびっくりしました。チェックインの予定のある部屋はお客さん居れる前に確認された方がよろしいかと。それ以外は気になりませんでした。
