The price of hotel deal is pretty attractive but there are two buildings of the hotel. What I stayed this time is the old one which is underground and pretty old one. You can tell that it is a very old hotel but still clean and quiet. Hot springs are available but need extra exchanged. The hotel is around 20 mins away from airport but shuttle pick up available (average 2 rounds in 1 hour) . Another building was I stayed last year is better maintenance but cost additional hkd$100. The hotel is highly recommended for Thai ppl. I see many Thai events there.

I stay here for 2 nights. The onsen is top class and the breakfast buffet has a range of variety and delicious.

The place is wow as able to go Airport and narita town with free shuttle. An extra bed given is an added bonus. We love this hotel, sure will frequent this hotel in future. Tqtq

I had a nice one night stay at Narita Art hotel. There is shuttle bus to and from the airport. I takes 20 mins.
I arrives three hours before check so I left my luggage at the free cloack service. I checked in at 3pm and it was smooth and fast. My room was big and very comfy. I enjoyed the japanese theme decoration. Later that evening I went to use Thermal bath, it cost a small fee but the place is really great and I lost 1 kg in weight.
There is a 24 h Family Mart if You want to Buy anything and there are some restaurants. There is a 24h gym as well Next time i have to fly from or to Narita this Will be my first option.

It is rated 4* but by japanese standards, maybe 1*? But since we lost the flight, it was just for 1 night. The room size was good for Japan, but it looks like we stepped into the 80s. The decoration is dated. It was the worst stay in terms of cleanliness in this 3 weeks 12 hotels I stayed. Moldy curtains, dirty carpet, chipped bathtub, etc. The staff was nice, but l didn't expect to this quality in Japan. We stayed in the Garden Wing, maybe the newer wing is better, but they shouldn't rate it as 4* at all is misleading.

Convenient for travelers who wish to stay near Narita airport and travel by own transport. The hotel has convenience store in the building - FamilyMart. It also has onsen facility. The buffet breakfast has wide variety and tasty.
