What we did not like was stains on sliding door curtains and sliding door did not open lock is damaged also bedroom no air conditioning no fan very stuffy apart from that it was excellent

Apar**ent had everything we needed! A clothes airer would have been a bonus for drying laundry on!
Was disappointed to discover air con didn’t work- was going to inform staff on check out!
But received call next day to get permission for tradies to look at broken air con. When we returned to apar**ent the tradies were still there putting new air con in- our second night was much more comfortable!

Good location (just off freeway & close to Fountain Gate SC) Comfy beds but pillows were way too soft for us (family of 3). Couch had what looked like a whole packet of shape biscuits emptied in between cushions - clearly not checked or cleaned by cleaners.

Family of four stayed at Quest Narre Warren. This is the third time we have stayed here over the past few years. Amazing location close to our family. Highly recommended to all. The apar**ents are excellent as is the Staff and Service. Thank you so much Adele and Quest Narre Warren for a very enjoyable short stay. See you again next time, hopefully soon. All the best. :)

I was extremely impressed with the exceptionally clean spacious and lovely apar**ent Fantastic value for money and friendly , helpful cheery staff . We got a park out the front which was convenient We will be back !

Room was in need of an upgrade, multiple things broken - blinds in bedroom and tv room, handle on the dishwasher broken off. Standard of cleaning needs attention, human hair in the bathtub and on carpet, shower area tiles grout dirty, multiple marks on the walls and curtains. The apar**ent is certainly showing it’s age. Pillows on bed lumpy.

Good room that was nice and quiet. Easy check in and they quickly gave me a new code for the wifi when I could not connect upon arrival. I would not hesitate to return to this property any time in the future.

Just disappointed that you charge high prices for an outdated accommodation. Very little, if any at all facilities have been updated since opening. The feel you get is gross or uneasy feeling with the cleanness of the place. Great accommodation, means continuing to improve and invest in the place, unfortunately this is not the case.
