A very nice resort hotel with a lot of complementary stuff, very surprising.
However, due to the Trip.com website limit, you can only write two guest names and cannot write two kids names. However, when you checked in, you had already requested two large and two small names, so there were a lot of misunderstandings when you checked in. It would cost an additional 40,000 yen to check in. I hope Trip.com can improve the layout to avoid similar problems from happening again.
