Beautiful room. Great view. Extremely convenient location.

I no longer recall what led me to choose this particular hotel, but I am glad I did. Having underestimated the distance of the airport, Evesnes/ Harstad, to Narvik (58km), and facing a threat of snow, I was a little concerned about my possible hotel choice. My first reassurance was when my daughter told me that the bus actually stopped at the hotel. And then standing there looking at the front I felt better. Entering a conventional lobby we were immediately greeted by a pleaseant young woman, who swiftly and efficiently registered us. She gave us clear directions to our rooms and briefed us on the general facilities available. We unpacked and settled in to pleasant comfortable rooms, then made our way to the restaurant and had enjoyable evening meals. Breakfast, the following morning, was equally good, buffet style but with a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. The hotel is pretty much in the centre of town and we were able to stroll to the nearby attractions with the hotel roviding a useful base. Staff were at all times pleasant, friendly and helpful; everyone seems to speak English to a good level,

Satisfactory. You have to ask for cleaning. They don't do the room if you do not request it.

T**** is nothing royal in this hotel. I stages in room 620. It is a big old room with a beautiful view. The hotel needs to be updated, has old rooms and renovated rooms. All worked fine, but the shower had fungus. Curtains were damaged. The room was dusty which caused itchy eyes overnight. It had a „system celing“ like an office. No plugs at the bed. The breakfast was a good buffet. Decaf missing. It was a hotel where I wouldnt return
