Booked a room with two double beds through ******* over a month ago. Staff said ******* booked us a king and they couldnt fix it or do anything more than provide a cot. Horrible stay, very bad ******* experience.

JQuan checked us in and he was very nice and helpful while doing so. He is doing a wonderful job. He answered every question and even helped me pick the luggage when I accidentally ripped the cart over. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and for your help JQuan!
