Meuse Jupiter Business and Luxury Hotel

Viste on 24th July 2021. 1) No mug provided in the washroom. Dirty bucket also. 2) horrible service 3) morning tea had mosquito 4) bedsheets were stained 5) geyser not working.staff knew it and still gave that room 6)tv took 3 hours to start classes 7)pasta ordered for kid and it came after 2 hours.

Very disappointed by hotel service rooms not proper clean and AC also not working 2-3 hr after checking , food quality is very average not happy with facilities charges also very high competitive room service

We have stayed there for couple of days. Hotel is big but not maintained well. You always feel negative there. Some negative energy pushes you there. Thats my personal experience and also heard the staff saying the same there.

This hotel was absolutely everything we wanted.It was within the palace walls and central to everywhere we wished to go.The room 408 was lovely.Breakfast choices although not massive we’re completely adequate.The staff were welcoming and friendly.We booked our airport transport via hotel and was very pleased we did.The hotel is in a car free zone so our helpful driver walked with us and showed us easiest route to hotel.He also gave us useful tourist information.We will definitely return here to Split and to hotel Jupiter luxury

The property is in a state of disrepair. Staff is incompetent and arrogant whose only motive is to fleece unfortunate customers. Food preparation is unhygienic and pathetic. Housekeeping is non-existent and rooms feel like those of a shady roadside inn. Please don't waste your hard earned money and precious time on these good for nothing people

Amidst this Covid-19 stress, we found the hidden gem of Nashik City - Muese Jupiter Hotel was the best location for our sister in law's wedding . Captivating grandeur of the lobby, courteous staff, amazing food quality and spacious rooms are the key highlights of the property. We had stayed there for 2 days for the wedding and the experience and services offered were absolutely worthwhile. Would like to extend our special thanks to Mr Rajendra Das - Guest Relationship ***ager, Mr Narendra, Mr Ankit, Ms Pooja -Food ***agement Executives and CAN NOT THANK ENOUGH FOR SPECIAL ATTENTION RECEIVED FROM MR SHAHID NASIM- THE VICE PRESIDENT and MR AYUSH SINGH - THE ONWER OF MUESE JUPITER who personally met us and enquired about our well being and took care of all possible ways to make our stay a comfortable and memorable one and the whole team took care of all our requirements by following all the COVID-19 measure. Surely recommend Muese Jupiter Hotel to anyone who is looking forward for a short weekend gateway or any family function.
