Very poor facilities i. E. No acquaguard water purifier in hotel, no gyser, tv is not working & if it's working then only 2/3 free channels u can watch. Not providing free water, you have to buy water outside. Food in their restaurant is tasteless. Room service is the worst.

The stay was good. The staff was also nice. Room was clean hot water was available in morning, ac &tv was functioning properly, spacious room, we ordered food that was also good and it's quite reasonable also, you can have your food in your room, outside food was also allowed, lift facility was also working fine, location is also nice nearby ram kund and market area walkable distance so ***y options to explore in the market specially for food, and it's reasonable budget friendly hotel and market area as well, good for family stay

Room ac not working, checked in then i have to change room. Bed sheets not clean as should be. Laundry service not available. Not at all recommended for anyone to stay here.

The photos of the restaurant doesn't exist. Instead of that only a room having 5-6 tables used as a bar. When i reached hotel at 9. 30pm after checking in, went for the dinner with family. I was shocked when i saw some people were sitting and drinking. In the room, the toilet seat was broken. At night cockroaches were there all over the room. In the morning, it was told that the hot water will be available only after 6. 30am that to on a spacial request. The breakfast is available only after 9. 00am. Food is served compulsorily in the room as the restaurant area is used for something else. The information and the photos is completely misleading. Not advisable for family stay.

The bathroom was not clean the. Mirror had stains there was no head board behind the bed the bathroom didn't flush properly the bidet was broken and all in all the cleanliness was just terrible the room service was bad. Plus the windows were stuck so you could not open them.
