Very Nice and supportive staff specially Shreya on reception very polite and nice behaviour and a great employee. Food is good and rooms also great. I requested early breakfast and they supported on the time. Prices are also affordable. Love to come again and again

We have stayed in Hotel Ginger for three days. It was quite a pleasant stay and good hospitality. ***oj Wagh one of their attendant for room service had been extremely courteous and excellent at his work! I would any day recomend stay at this Hotel in Nashik

Food is good but few of the South Indian dishes were sweet which usually not used to be. Service is excellent and we really liked it. Chef Vilas cooked good and I explained few of the changes and he took it very gently. I will recommend people to try the cuisines.

The Breakfast was good. Good ambience. Housekeeping was good. The staff is very Cooperative. Mr. Amol is very cooperative. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Overall experience was good. Nice place for 2-3 days stay in Nashik. Good location.

Food is good. Service provided was excellent, especially by Mr. Amol. Rooms are average. Location is nice. The hotel must provide better room facilities because most of the basic needs like tooth brush and etc. are paid. Stay was nice. Can be better.

The food was good. We ordered food at night in room and it was very good. But the room and service is terrible. The staff is extremely slow and looks sad. The breakfast don’t have ***y options and are very slow. The room fan and AC was making noise. They suggested another room but that was not same as the room we had. After driving for 8 hours we had no patience and energy to entertain the room change but staff didn’t understand that. Also, when they went to show us the another room, the staff forgot keys to open the door. Highly unprofessional.

Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
