Place, location, ambience all good. Staff is very rude and non cooperative. Security is also rude. Customer cannot always go by all the rules and regulations. It has to have some exceptions and a polite and helpful behavior is expected from the staff. Tea and breakfast timings were not conveyed on mm t and even while checking in.

Location is near ramkund. Kalaram temple and sita gufa are also walking distance. Good parking space is available. Rooms are big and clean but had issues with the tv not working and ac making noise in between. The cancellation policy needs to be considerate as i had to cancel one room but there was no refund or at-least free room upgrade given for second room.

Property was good neat and clean. Location was superb right in the center of market. Rooms had balcony with godavari view. Food was excellent very homely. Staff was supportive. Kid friendly hotel

The property is located in prime area, it has only 16 rooms, hence very quiet. The staff is friendly, polite. It is very clean. It doesn't have hot water system in the night, so be careful, otherwise all good
