We had a booking for a single night..we reached late in the evening due to traffic inspite of paying full amount on MMT app. To our shock they did not have any parking available in their basement, no manager present to manage the situation. 3-4 cars are waiting in a queue to park and one of the staff (a clueless young boy) comes who offers a solution of parking outside on the road. How irresponsible, no manager??The hotel staff was not ready to share the manager's number either to resolve the matter...how can we leave our car worth lake's,filled with luggage on the roadside without any security?? NEVER EVER BOOKING AGAIN...plz avoid...horrible service.

Mattresses may be more comfortable. Bathroom were clean. Location is good. Staff and supervisor were courtsious and cooperative. Overall good experience. One should not ask for more given the rent of the room. Hotel may consider to make one common area for children to make it more family friendly hotel.
