Old pretty beat up building. Room clean reclinwr ripped in the arms. Tiny old towels no conditioner just shampoo.
Kitchen area no papertowrls or napkins.

I picked this please because it had a kitchen. Unfortunately they had absolutely nothing for it. Not even a coffee pot. No plates utensils pot or pan. Complete useless. Had to go out to eat. Should’ve went to a different hotel that actually had things to offer other than a couple vending machines.

First thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell, not only in the lobby but some of the rooms. I had two rooms one smelt just like cigarettes and one did not. I mentioned it to the front desk when I found him. He did not only leave his desk constantly but he was leaving to go outside and smoke. The area around the property was great, and strict on security which is very nice. They just need to improve on their management and the house keeping and this hotel can make vast improvements.

Great stay, everything was great, the team here is all about customer service. Cathy, GM, was very helpful and attentive to any needs that I had. They really made my time here really comfortable. The crew really went out their way to help me with any issue. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

It was clean and neat. Not much of a breakfast and only creamer no milk. They also lacked in plates/bowls. I know they are new. Staff was great just need a few more touches like coffee maker and supplies for coffee in the room. I also did not see a place to purchase items like snacks and did not see icewchines.
