We love this hotel every time we come town! It reminds me of little on the prairie❤️ the staff are amazing! The breakfast in the morning is amazing!!! This is our favorite hotel in town!

There was no internet service (told it was not working. And therefore there was no TV/cable service either. Otherwise the room was great. Breakfast was served in the restaurant, but was basically what all hotels serve (fake eggs & over crispy bacon)….nothing actually made fresh in the restaurant.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in the restaurant is great, as usual, no matter what you get to eat. Clean. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, very limited lighting in the room & bathroom, very small tv in room, no dresser to put clothing in- just hooks around the room, and no where to sit really besides the bed or uncomfortable wooden chairs. Definitely an old colonial style room- 4 poster bed that was very high off the floor and creaked with every slight move. If the rooms were updated with more lighting, more comfortable place to sit, and a nicer mattress, it would be much better.

My only complaints are lack of bathroom counter space (I brought one of the room chairs in to hold my stuff) and the “old fashioned keys” (because I could hear people unavoidably loudly un/locking their rooms). That said, cute hotel, comfortable bed, lovely view of historic buildings, great included breakfast, and located in a super walkable downtown area. Would stay here again!

A Charming country inn, we were greeted with a smile and immediate attention. Our room was on third floor ( yes there is an elevator ) and our room was clean and neat. It was small however it was all we needed. Bathroom clean and efficient. It is quite cold out and the proprietor immediately went up to our room and adjusted the heat so it would be warm and comfortable when we finished our dinner. It was very nice. Breakfast was included with our stay.
