Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Nashville

Staff was cordial & helpful, but location is near active train tracks so it was noisy, and so was the HVAC unit in the room. Great breakfast in the hotel and a Panera next door. Even though I declined handicapped accommodations when I reserved it on ***********, the room was for wheelchair access. The staff offered to move us, adding that that often happens when you use a 3rd party app to reserve. 1 of the 2 treadmills in the fitness room didn’t work at all and the dispenser for disinfectant wipes for the equipment was empty as was the hand sanitizer.

Hotel location is very good, the surrounding is very lively, also because of the lively, some chaos, many people who drink a lot of wine in the middle of the night wander around the hotel and the surrounding area, business trip for a day.

I liked the omelet very much. The front desk kindly guided me well and the deposit was refunded, right? ㅎㅎ It took a long time to ...

I stayed for a day for a family trip to Neschville. The location was good, the facilities were good, and there was a big shopping mall nearby. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was good. Recommended. ^^

Up to date, clean. Breakfast was okay, the the service staff were great.

Overall not bad. Someone helped push the luggage when I entered, and there was free water at the front desk. Room quality and cleanliness are acceptable. The only thing is that disposable slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. At the door, there is their own shuttle to send you to a nearby hotel, airport, just pick up a call and pick you up.

The best thing about this hotel was the convenient access to I-24 and I-40 as we passed through Nashville. The breakfast buffet was also good. Other than that, the hotel room was dated and smelled musty, with clear signs of age on the walls and in the bathroom. If I had to do it again, I would choose a different hotel for this stay. Having stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations, I was surprised at the poor quality of the hotel.

This hotel is okay. The most important thing is that the front desk is very enthusiastic and patient to help us. Because we don’t understand the language and can only translate the software, but they are still very patient with us and introduce us to a bar street. It’s great. 👏
