Wished shower water pressure was as good as the sinks and that the toilet didn't spray everywhere when you flush - not a deal breaker but DEFINITELY close the lid before flushing! It is THAT POWERFUL - which is better than not knowing if it will flush at all! HaHa Other than these little things, it was a GREEEEEAT hotel for 3 day vacation and we will definetely keep Aloft Nashville Airport in the radar for future trips!
... My boys all loved playing pool in the lobby after being out all day! No real problems found during our stay!

My room had ants coming out of the baseboards, the TV did not work and the front desk never sent anyone up to look at it after calling and it was so noisy all night long. I would never stay again or recommend to anyone.

Beautiful, state of the art hotel. Great customer service. We had a problem with out TV not working on the first night. Called the front desk and they switched our room. Very nice rooms, great water pressure, and comfortable beds.

Excellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the city. Comfortable beds and great shower to wash away the day activities. Staff was top notch friendly and advised where to go for food. Amber was the best thank you for a wonderful trip.
