Apar**ent is awesome, parking is REALLY tight and only one spot per rental. Also the homeless people were a constant bother, asking for money. Other than that it was great. Would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed having enough space for our family, the good showers, and the cleanliness. The area was perfect for making trips to Broadway. We could have used more cooking pans and utensils. Also, the couch and chairs could use an update. Overall we had a really great time here!

The inside of the unit was very clean and spacious and bright
The outside was in a not so safe area, and the music at the bars were extremely loud heavy-metal until the morning

Good location. In the heart of East Nashville. If you are looking to be away from the hussle bussle of downtown but not too far away (about 7 mins drive) this is perfect.
Apar**ent was clean and as described with a full working kitchen.

This place was AWFUL. One of this dishwashers was disgusting and smelled really bad. Our 1st night there we had the most noisiest people above and around us due to partying. Altho it states everywhere on and in the property there are to be no parties. Our view was a brick wall and we had a very very small patio. The internet ******, had to use our hotspot and worst of all there was only 1 television for the whole apar**ent. Its not worth the money to stay 1 night.

The apar**ent was clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Located in a convenient location. The walls & floors not well insulated. We could hear footsteps and people talking from floor above us and talking in the hallway was like people were in next room. Also the toilet should have a lid.

We loved the location. Lots of options for great dining within walking distance. The parking in Nashville in general is not good so we used Uber to get downtown and that worked out great for us.
