Alex and the whole valet staff was amazing! They deserve a raise. They took care of me and my vehicle in a smooth manner. Very helpful and polite! I wouldn’t choose any other valet service in the whole downtown Nashville area! I highly recommend them!

Loved staying here! Everything is so clean and new. Kiro was so helpful as the valet! Very quick service. I loved the atmosphere and location, super close to a plethora of bars and restaurants. Will be staying here again! Highly recommended!

Awesome stay - wanted to shout out Narden and Kim at the front desk for being super friendly and accommodating!! I was staying for work and extended my trip through the weekend, and they managed that whole process including booking the same room very quickly and seamlessly. The hotel itself is superb, great proximity to Broadway, modern rooms, fun rooftop restaurant and a clean gym with solid equipment (treadmill, rower, Peloton, weights, cable rack, etc). I will certainly be back!!

Dylan Curtis was the valet at the Cambria on Church street. He was very helpful, personable, and just a bright light. We were 3 mature woman from Michigan and really appreciated his customer service, great smile and recommendations. Thank you!

Hotel Did not make the beds for two nights; ceiling in bedroom unfinished; arrived at 11, said room was ready but would charge 50 dollars to check in then. Have never experienced this anywhere in the world. All hotels let you check in if the room is ready. No cups for water in the room.
Male waiter at the breakfast restaurant had fingernails painted. Disgusting.

Both my mom and I agreed this hotel completely changed our mind about Choice hotels as Bonvoy Members. Staff is always so nice and hospitable and did their best to accommodate our stay. Shout out to Kim who held our luggage for us after check out!’

Very nice hotel and staff. Kept up well and very clean. Rooms were really nice.
Wished there was a pool and the rooftop was open more - I realize it may be due to staff but we came Sunday-Wednesday and could only enjoy the rooftop for a short time on Sunday. The weather was beautiful and it would've been nice tobe outside more at the hotel.
