Was clean, staff friendly and informative, and there was dining options on site for when we didn't feel like taking the short walk to Broadway.

The Fairlane is a hotel for partiers. The lobby has that dank sweet smell of alcohol and the hallways and elevators look cringy with years of traffic and hard use. If you don't mind this then the location of the hotel is great.

Good location as close to Broadway. Not a hotel you want to hang out in. Breakfast options very limited.

From first contact on what I needed before check in was wonderful. Next as I was lost trying to get to hotel to valet, I called and Lauren from front desk guided me where to come in to valet and asked the valet driver to be standing outside as I arrived. Very polite valet gentleman. As I walked in to check in Lauren had already upgraded me and met me with a warm welcome and easy process to check in. I spent most of my time in my room. Room was absolutely beautiful and very very clean. Nothing run down. Very comfortable. 12th floor corner suite stunning views. Had breakfast the next day in the hotel restaurant. The food was really good. The valet guy already knew who I was and went to get my car to have it out front. The best hotel I can say downtown. However I didn’t see much of entertainment because the rooftop bar I thought was there discontinued. Downstairs bar and pop up area maybe nice entertainment but however I enjoyed my room. Lauren and Alexis front desk definitely made my stay even better. Thank you guys.

The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the area for guests to experience the area like a local. The hotel is very clean and centrally located. The hotel has a restaurant, bar and gift shop that are nice. The only downside would be self-parking in the area is scarce.
