Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

Hotel is located near Broadway where all the restaurants and bars are located. It is far enough where you don’t hear all the music but close enough to walk to all the entertainment.

Ultimately very happy with our stay. The only issue encountered - no trash rooms on our floor, so I made a trip to the lobby at 5am (I’m an early riser) to drop off a few items. The gentleman at the front desk was deeply asleep, so I woke him and asked if he had a trash can I could use for the items I had. He asked for my room number, which I thought odd, but I relented. To my horror, he immediately calls my room, and wakes up my girlfriend to which she was not pleased. Aside from that one snafu, the remainder of our stay was actually very nice.

Highly recommend! Short walk from Broadway, comfy bed, onsite restaurant was perfect for breakfast and great service and drinks from the bar. Will definitely return!

The holston house was great! We really enjoyed our stayed and the valet team was awesome. Jack and bleu got our bags and carried everything for us. They made the exit of our stay a great experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others as I really enjoyed the stay and the valet team all week did a great job. Will be returning to stay in the holston house when I come back to Nashville!!!

Jack + Bleu at Valet were super lovely and very helpful with my bags! Hotel was in a great location! Easy walk to down to broadway. Room had everything I needed, beds super comfy! All the hotel staff were very attentive and made sure I was looked after :)
