Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

Great location that is walking distance to Broadway. Food is delicious and quest services is very accommodating. Nice rooftop pool and bar with great views of the city. Boutique style hotel with nice atmosphere. Good security.

Great location, nice design touches and friendly staff. Enjoyed staying at the hotel, well managed and with good amenities including good gym. The Tenn restaurant/cafe was very nice albeit a little overpriced. I would choose to stay here again

The best thing about this hotel is the location of it if you want to visit Downtown Nashville. The beds were very comfortable.

I attended a conference in Nashville and hotel was a walking distance from Downtown Nashville. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is in a great location being right around the corner from Broadway and easily walkable to Nissan Stadium . Staff were very nice allowing for a later checkout for $50 since we had a later flight home . Great snack selection in the lobby. I liked the fact that you needed a room key to access your room in the elevator as well as get into the hotel at night. Rooms were average but have everyone you’d need. What was very concerning to me was that a staff member tried entering our room without knocking while the Do Not Disturb sign was on. Not the cleaning crew but a male staff member . When he realized the security lock was on he walked down the hall . I confronted him and he said he wanted to see if anyone was in the room . Completely inappropriate and I wonder if this is standard practice at this hotel for staff to enter rooms at any time. Probably would not stay here again, especially for the price.

Front desk is the most chaotic and disorganised I’ve ever seen. Room not big enough for 2 people but has a coffee machine, fridge etc. No valet to park car when we arrived - no help on hand. Room not serviced 2 days running. Had to grab staff in corridor and ask them to change towels and empty bin! Rooftop pool area lovely but partner got locked out and staff could not open the door!!!

The Holston is perfectly placed for visiting Nashville. Pretty and comfortable hotel wishes we had stayed longer.
