Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown the Gulch

We had an amazing experience with 5-star service! The valet service was truly exceptional. Kaci was so polite, attentive, and even rushed to get our car. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and hospitable.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Honestly wish we could stay another day. Everyone here was so helpful and respectful. Shout out to Treyvon. He was a great shuttle driver!

Loved the hotel. Visit was kicked off by concierge Erik who checked us in, explained our many benefits by booking thru Amex and being Gold status, gave us the lay of the land of the hotel and made us feel so welcome! Outstanding customer service throughout our stay. Location of the hotel and amenities are wonderful. Don't miss the pizza!

Fantastic hotel, and a great location. Hotel had an awesome gym. I want to give a special shout out to Erik, whose customer service was beyond reproach. We’ll be staying here on our next travels to Nashville.

I stayed at the Canopy for a friend's bachelor party and would highly recommend for anyone traveling to downtown, the Gulch, and anywhere in Nashville. Rooms were, large, very nice and clean. All the staff for great, friendly, and helpful. Coffee shop in the lobby was perfect and also served pizza slices for lunch. Went to the rooftop restaurant one night and sat at the bar for a drink and chips and guac, enjoying the views of downtown. Most importantly, the hotel offers a house car (Rivian SUV) that will take you anywhere within 1.5 miles, which was extremely convenient considering how expensive Ubers are even to Broadway. I will be back.

This place is cool and elegant. The rooftop bar is a relaxed space to have dinner and a drink during the week, and it turns into more of a social scene on the weekends. The food is great, and you’ve got to try the soft serve margarita. The hotel has free bicycles to borrow, just ask the front desk. It’s a great way to get out into the city for short excursions. The hospitality staff was always very helpful and upbeat.

My wife and I stayed at the Canopy for the first time mid June ‘26. We are Hilton Honors Diamond. We felt the ambiance of this one year old hotel was top drawer. The decor gave us a warm feeling but that was only surpassed by a number of the staff who were gracious and helpful during our stay. We’d like to mention specifically: Stephanie (customer service) who assisted me with an accessible room and then helped when the assigned room needed to be changed. Emmanuel (front desk supervisor) also was influential in helping with the room change by personally helping to move our belongings to the new room despite an arm sling. Jacob (Food and Beverage Manager) was front and center in the lobby restaurant leading by example interacting positively with the customer and delivery prepared dishes and drinks with one of the best customer first attitudes I’ve witnessed. Eric (front desk) was helpful with our checkin and asked if everything was going okay each time we saw him. Braydon (lobby bar attendant evenings) couldn’t have been more charming with a very crowded situation; much appreciated. Thank you all.
