Not much left to say, except you won't regret staying here! I felt like I was at my brother's home (and I don't have a brother). We had many questions about the area and Adam had many spot-on suggestions for us during our visit. Included: Parking, great coffee, breakfast and sweet treat...we even left with some recipes.

Today is our last day at the beautiful Belmont Blvd. Bed-and-Breakfast in Nashville Tennessee. Adam, the owner, greeted my husband and me upon our arrival, helped us with the luggage, and once we were settled, gave us an overview of the B&B and the area surrounding it. Our stay here was for six days and it was truly our home away from home. This B&B is charming and immaculate. We stayed in the king suite, which is the entire second floor of the home. The bedroom is very pretty. The mattress is extremely comfortable to sleep on. There’s plenty of storage in the bedroom for all your needs, a Keurig for coffee, as well as a refrigerator/freezer combo that we utilized during our stay. The bathroom is lovely and spacious, again with plenty of storage for toiletries, etc. The home itself has been renovated in keeping with the age of the home and is beautifully decorated. Adam, the owner of this lovely bed-and-breakfast is just as charming as the bed-and-breakfast itself. We were able to choose what we wanted for breakfast every morning, and every breakfast was delicious. Adam is extremely accommodating and always offers good advice about where to go and what to do. The bed-and-breakfast is located in a fantastic area that is just a short walk to 12 South and a short drive to many of the area’s attractions. If we are ever back in Nashville, we wouldn’t think of staying any place else. Thank you Adam for a wonderful stay that truly felt like home.

I've stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast several times, and each time, I leave feeling well rested and well cared for. The owner, Adam is an excellent chef and his breakfasts are absolutely scrumptious. He also tempts his guests with home-baked goodies under a glass-domed plate—hard to resist as an afternoon treat or a late night snack. The bedroom is above the main floor and guests have the luxury of having the entire floor to themselves. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable and the bathroom, a short walk down the hall, is stocked with all the comforts from home. The location is also ideal as it's a short walk to the 12 South shops/restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to a couple, individual or pair of friends who want a more personal lodging experience. I will definitely return!

We had the pleasure of staying at Belmont Blvd B&B for 4 nights. On arrival Adam greeted us and got us settled in to our private upstairs area. After settling in, Adam gave us a great overview of the area (which is just beautiful and is such a gorgeous area of Nashville), activities/attractions available, restaurants nearby and the like. On our first night in Nashville we headed into downtown for dinner and to take in a show at the 3rd & Lindsley (recommended by Adam) and it was excellent. Uber cost each way around $10. 12th Street South, which is a very short walk from Belmont Blvd B&B has plenty of excellent restaurants/cafes and shops to explore. Breakfast (your choice from menu) was ready at your time of choosing each morning. After each day out Adam would always check with us how our day had been and was always happy to offer further recommendations to ensure we enjoyed our stay and made the most of our time in Nashville. We had such a great stay, we would definitely recommend staying at Belmont Blvd B&B if you have the opportunity. Thanks Adam for making our time in Nashville so memorable.

Our 2 night stay was perfect. The king bedroom was private with a fantastic bed, sheets and comforter. The bathroom had a free standing tub with shower and great hot water for both my husband and myself. The B&B is in a beautiful section of Nashville accessible to the downtown, music, hospital and University. Now to its owner, a super guy. You could tell from the beginning he had a great personality and was going to make this stay as perfect as possible for you. Our breakfasts were just what we desired. Adam had menus for us to look at but for us scrambled eggs, toast and bacon hit the spot. Fruit and yogurt and the best coffee! Everything was easy, comfortable and immaculately clean. A stay that we hope to repeat!

What a beautiful home in the Belmont/ Hillsboro neighborhood of Nashville! We loved the Belmont B&B, and meeting the wonderful owner and host, Adam. This home is perfect and incredibly warm . The decor compliments this house, as it’s filled with color, plants, antiques and fabulous art! The room we stayed in was fabulous. We felt right at home. Adam provided thoughtful touches to enhance our stay; a Keurig, chilled refrigerated water, toiletries in the bathroom, and a collection of menus he’s gathered from his favorite nearby restaurants, allowing us to experience and choose from the many restaurants nearby. The home is a few minutes walk to 12South, a popular street for dining and shopping, we loved it!! Last detail to share is the proximity to Vanderbilt. My daughter scheduled an orientation and college campus tour, and we were thrilled with the proximity of two miles to the university from the home. I highly recommend staying here! Adam is warm and friendly, and a very wonderful host and chef. You will devour his made to order breakfasts in the morning! We will return again when our travels bring us back to Nashville!

Perfect getaway for a couple or group of friends. House is beautiful and the host, Adam, was awesome. He was incredibly flexible in any requests we had + a great cook. The food each morning was more than enough + high quality. The neighborhood was awesome with beautiful homes + walking distance to Belmonth/Hillsboro neighborhoods with great shopping/resturants/coffee shops. Also very close to the Gulch area which had great restaurants/shopping/vibe as well. Also, just a few miles from Broadway and the music/bar/restaurant scene. The B&B was very easy to park and get around the neighborhood/s. I highly recommend this place. Great couples getaway or with a group of friends.
