They hotel was such a great stay!!! The air didn’t properly work in the first room we was assigned and the woman at the desk didn’t hesitate to fixing the problem and was moved immediately!! I would say the only down fall to the hotel is the pool, it only goes to 3 feet. The entire pool is 3 feet deep which is a huge bummer. But the kids loved the hotel and the room was very spacious for us to fit in there comfortably!

Parking was easy. Check in fast, prob the best breakfast I’ve seen at a hotel. Only thing is the pool was ice cold and my daughter really wanted to swim

Our family stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed The Polar Express Ice experience At The ***lord Opryland Hotel.
This hotel was very convenient and clean! The staff was friendly and helpful and the Breakfast was wonderful!

I loved this hotel. Super convenient for families, clean beds and spacious rooms. Grills outside to cook on as well as a fire pit!
Cons :: INDOOR pool was FREEZING - Hairs all over bathroom floor and on shower walls

This hotel was clean and friendly. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable, however I was a bit cold could have used another blanket and more pillows. The lobby was inviting and was able to spend ample time there catching up with friends. I didn't know that the shuttle was a cost, for some reason I thought it was complimentary...I am actually not sure where I got that info from. Would stay again.

Staff were the nicest I have encountered at any hotel since COVID. They were kind, always smiling, and quick to address us every time. Had issues with 2 rooms and they had it corrected very quickly.
