The stay was absolutely amazing! We have stayed their before and it was just as great as the first time! We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant! With beautiful views! We will def be back again! Parking was simple with plenty of space as well. Very friend staff too. The air worked amazing and the place had a very pleasant smell. We hardly had to wait on the elevators, they was pretty fast.

I really enjoyed the hotel and the location! The only thing that disappointed me was that we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the rooftop, Up. First night, kitchen closed early and the second night, a company took over the rooftop and we couldn’t go up there! Overall, I enjoyed it!

Great location (12 min walk from Greyhound bus station). Fabulous for walking to Broadway (25 min walk) and getting to the main attractions in Nashville. Really friendly staff and great breakfast! Very clean and spacious room. The restaurant and roof top bar was closed on the Sunday night which was a shame so ate at Louie's Bar just round the corner in the Gulch. Great food and nice atmosphere! I would stay here again if I came back.

Had a team event here and chose the Fairfield because of how above and beyond Hannah and Matt went when we started talking about possibly hosting the event there. Spoke to a number of hotels in and around the Gulch and nothing compared to the experience getting it booked. Upon arriving, my group of 20 was so well taken care of. Shannon (front desk) and Matt got everyone in quickly and made sure we had anything we needed. Worked with Hannah to booke the conference room on the 8th floor and had full use of the outdoor patio during our breakfast and lunch. Their food was great and Chef Devin came in and out quietly to not disturb our meetings but made sure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend to any groups, large or small.
