This was very nice. It was quiet, clean, secure well lit area. You could reach someone by app and response time was nice. Self check in was different by we actually liked it. We would do it again. Over all a good experience.

This place is a nigh**are!! Registration process is insanely complicated. No live person anywhere around, no front door. When I finally got someone on the phone, they had my check in date 2 weeks off! The place had a spiral staircase, which I would never have booked had I known it. Full kitchen, but 1 tiny pan, very few glasses and dinnerware etc. I HATED the place I give it a 0!1

The apar**ent was very neat and clean. The location has plenty of breakfast, brunch options right next door. We took the bus a couple of times and the stops were only a few feet away. There is no one onsite, so if you need assistance, you need to call customer service. However, they are very prompt and friendly. Also, there is no where to store your luggage after check out. We found a local luggage drop that we used to store our luggage until our evening flight. Besides that, I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Beware the host will not provide you with the proper access code to enter the property. We did not get checked in until 8:30 PM. The bathroom is dirty the parking is extremely limited. And none of the networking amenities work and they will keep your deposit that they do not tell you is required until you check into the property. We still have not received ours back and it has been 10 days. And the bed is kind of like sleeping on asphalt driveway. but it is likely that asphalt has a little more give it than that mattress did.

We cant thank the Mint House enough for providing a comfortable home away from home for two weeks as we dealt with a medical emergency. Our one-bedroom and studio apar**ents were cozy, well-appointed and only two blocks away from Vanderbilt. Many thanks.

The Mint House is my new go-to if ever in Nashville. It's a home away from home, with all the amenities one could hope for in updated, corporate-style housing. Fantastic location steps away from Vanderbilt University and its pretigious hospitals.

This stay was amazing, it was a beautiful and modern setup inside. The hallway through us off a little up until we walked into our apar**ent and realized how nice it was. The only bad thing I would say was little parts in the apar**ent needed a better cleaning. Saw some rust on certain things and some dishes had food stains. We did not seem to find an oven tray for either oven so we were a little sad we couldn’t bake. Other than that the place was amazing and we would stay here again!
