JW Marriott Nashville

There is good stay, a little bit crowed around 11pm, but it was ok.

The hotel was incredible!!!! The view we had was perfect and the gentleman who checked us in was great to work with! We will def be coming back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the JW in Nashville! We are loyal Marriott members and appreciated how everyone was so attentive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Jay A. helped us to secure dining reservations and made sure we were treated extra special for our 40th anniversary. Samantha in the Club Level was a joy to talk to every morning for breakfast. Her smile, personality, and willingness to make everything just right makes her an asset to the JW! Our room was great and had a beautiful view. We ate at the Bourbon Steakhouse on the top floor and were wowed by the amazing food, drinks, and wait staff. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend the JW Marriott to anyone visiting Nashville!

We love the JW Marriott Nashville! Every stay reminds us why we keep coming back. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are always spotless, and the Griffin Suite has become a favorite for our trips. It’s spacious, comfortable, and feels like a treat. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. I have to give a special shout-out to Samantha in the Executive Lounge. She consistently goes above and beyond and has remembered us from previous visits, which means so much. She brings such joy to the space and makes the whole experience even better. If you’re visiting Nashville and want a truly wonderful stay, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Came to Nashville for a conference and am go glad they selected this AMAZING property. I'm a big fan of Marriott family of properties but this is exceeding my high expectations from the very start. It's a BEAUTIFUL property, with stunning architecture and incredible artwork. Easy to get to from the airport. Everyone has been so friendly. I feel compelled to specifically call out the front desk as I checked in. Marissa was exceptional--helped me quickly and completely with minor changes and was incredibly thoughtful. Her fellow receptionist, Sam, assisted me with conference logistics. And the supervisor Jay was fantastic--very welcoming and clearly encouraging of his top notch staff. The room is beautiful with GREAT amenities. The Executive Lounge for Bonvoy members like me, situated on the 33rd floor with great views, is also a great place to relax and enjoy great views of Nashville. I wish I had asked the name of the attendant up here because she also reflected what must be a hotel-wide spirit of workplace joy and hospitality. I will be returning for sure!
