We had a most excellent time in Nashville. The J.W Marriott was among the top hotels we have ever stayed at. The location was excellent for going to Bridgestone Arena, Brodway and the County Music Hall of Fame.

Came for a quick 2 night stay. We were here for a concert at Bridgestone Arena which is 2 streets away. Perfect location for our needs…close to everything but in a quieter location. The room was huge, the hallways were quiet, the air conditioning was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The gym is small but set up nicely. The pool and pool deck is very large but by 2pm on a hot, sunny day the chairs were all filled and people were lying on the pool deck with towels. By 5pm half the people were gone. This JW Marriott was very close to the quality of a Ritz…but small things differ like the quality of towels, bathroom products, fewer staff. All floors are serviced by the same elevators so the wait can be slightly long. There were great food options in the area. Would stay here again if visiting Nashville.

Very nice hotel. Best parts were Jay, Jamienique and Nick at check in and check out and everything in between. They are helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Despite some issues with reservations, these three people sorted it out for me.

Hotel is well located to Broadway, riverwalk, and other neighborhoods are very walkable. Views are stunning. Employees were generally friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was a fantastic stay. However, one employee stood out. Azza in the Club Lounge on floor 33. We met her initially as the coffee machine was not working properly and she helped to fix it. After the quick fix, she brought us two cappuccino’s to where we were sitting and each morning after, she remembered and greeted us with a beautiful smile and genuine welcome. She single-handedly made our already very good stay, a fantastic stay. Thank you Azza and JW Marriott.

a most professional staff! I had a nose bleed and they changed the sheets and apologized for taking too long (faster than I've ever experienced in ATL) and even changed out the coffee maker that scared me. Amad Hana delivered and served a delicious dinner. Get the burger and the orange chocolate fudge cake - worth the expense.

We had a bit of an uneven stay, but once we identified the right person to speak with--Savannah, who proactively reached out to rectify the issues--they were resolved immediately. With those out of the way, the location of this hotel is convenient to Broadway without being right in the middle of Broadway. The hotel "feels" like an upper tier hotel should feel and while the staff (other than Savannah!) was perhaps not as attentive as you might expect, neither were they unpleasant. Views from the upper floors are impressive. Also very easy to walk to the Gulch so you have a significant amount of dining options without ever getting in your car--but don't miss Bourbon Steak, either.

JW Marriott was gorgeous and the service was remarkable! I dealt with Kim from the concierge and she made sure that my daughter‘s birthday was one to remember. We spent the day at the pool and reserved a cabana. One of Kim’s many suggestions. Great idea! The staff at the pool was also just as incredible. What an extraordinary weekend. Thank you!
