Chose this because of the location, in walking distance of the major sights, museums and food.Parking costs were reasonable at $20 per night. Rooms were mostly outdated but clean and serviced regularly. The breakfast was good with omelettes cooked to order

Great hotel with nice touches like chocolates and massage chairs in the lobby
Has a small store to buy drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices
Nice pool area, laundry facilities and free parking
Close (ish) to public transport
Walkable to The Gulch area and Downtown
Just $6 for Uber back to hotel from Downtown at night

Well,it is ok for business trip, but not for family. There is a swimming pool in hotel.

Ok-ish location and easy to find from I-40 exit 209/209a with the big Comfort Inn signage up high
Walking to Broadway music row and the bars etc would take about 25 mins or so, or an Uber in around 10.
Breakfast was typical American, pancakes biscuits eggs, sausage patty and a dedicated Omelette station. Reasonable Coffee both regular and decaf.
Rooms were clean and the bed and pillows comfortable, but this was after asking somebody from cleaning to do a slightly better job in the bathroom hairs had been left in and around the area.

Hotel has a motel like building on the side of it … it was being renovated and had painting and equipment beside our door … not what I expected

It was sunny in the afternoon, and it was very comfortable to sit by the pool and sunbathe. The front desk had free massage chairs, which were very comfortable, and they also offered chocolates. However, the cleaning lady didn't come every day, and even when she did, the rooms weren't very clean. It was quite noisy outside at night, and the soundproofing was poor.
