The stay was good. Location was ok, a little far from Broadway but not bad cost with an Uber. Checking in was slow and we were only allowed to check in at 3 pm even though we were there really early. The girl at the desk upon our check in was about as friendly as a badger back into a corner.

As others had stated in reviews, this property really needs to be updated! It wasn't the cleanest; something sticky had been spilled on the floor near the elevator and in the elevator, and it was never cleaned the entire time we were there. Our shoes were sticking to the floor! Gross. Beds had a plastic mattress cover which was really annoying when trying to sleep! That's all you heard when you rolled over.

Hotel is run down. Rooms need upgrade. Our first room had muggy sme. Second room had chipped tub. I had little toe bottom cut from tub. I took a picture of tub. Towels smelled good but some were stained and old. Hotel sraff was very pleasant.

It was good, but expected more. It was kind of dirty and looked old. Personnel was very kind, helpful and friendly. Food was good and served on time. It would be good to have some repairs and new paintings. Also take care about the smell. For getting to know the city, this one is on a very good location and a good place to sleep
