Close to Downtown Nashville yet out of the noise and congestion. The Inn at Opryland is well placed to access anything you could want in the Nashville area particularly the a grand Ol Opry. The on site restaurant was fantastic and plenty of other choices right across the street if it doesn’t take your fancy. We were comfortable and had a great stay.

Not worth the price. No complimentary breakfast. Had to ask for an inside room. Was given bad info about the shuttle to the Grand Old Opry, causing us to miss the shuttle. (Was told it came at 6, so we arrived at 5:56 in the lobby, only to find it had left). Noise of children screaming in the pool echoed throughout the hotel’s interior space for hours. Not enough parking.

They could have easily put us in the inside rooms but didn't. When I got to my room, it literally had no power. When I tried to call the front desk, I only got the automated attendant and there was no option for a live operator. The automated attendant never could understand me. I had to walk A LONG way toting all my luggage to go back to the front desk and request a room with electricity. It was also very noisy.

This was the most disappointing stay I have ever had with Marriott. To advertise this hotel as a ***lord hotel would be consider fraud and extremely misleading to a customer. I have stayed at the ***lord in Washington DC and Nashville, this hotel or should I say motel is not even close to a ***lord standard or even the Marriott standard of hotels. The bathroom is smaller than a half bathroom. Our room is outside on the third floor, never have I stayed at a Marriott with outside rooms. When the air condition turns on it sounds as if it is moving the entire room. Wanted a drink in my room and the only cups were paper, not even a bottle of water in the room. Every Marriott hotel I stayed at had bottled water and real glasses. To be considered a ***lord hotel and not provide these basic items, really!!!! When asked about checking out early to go to another property the manager, who is also working the front desk, told us we would be charged a full nights stay to check out early. I booked two rooms for our Easter break. Oh we can go to the real ***lord across the street but the shuttle stops at 8pm Will never come here again and will never book a ***lord hotel unless it is the actual ***lord. Marriott please do better, and advertise your hotels appropriately.

We had the best vacation with my family. There was so much to do and see. The stay knows so much about the area and the culture, they even shared a few tips with us. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were the best I have ever slept on. I can not wait to come back to stay at this hotel again. There is so much to do and see in Nashville so be sure to make a list of things you want to do or you may run out of time.
