check in was bad, front desk was not welcoming at all. Hotel is old, and the furniture is dated. breakfast area has mismatched furniture. Breakfast is pretty bland, but the attendant is the worst! She has such a bad attitude. she was throwing plates around and doesn't even greet anyone that comes in for breakfast.

The staff was by far the best hotel staff I have met. We got stranded during a birthday trip with two year old twins and they went above and beyond to make this an easy trip for everyone. They made every guest feel special even though there are some remodels going on causing some major issues. They made sure there was snack/ pbjs out so people were fed that could not make it out in the snow. Once this property finishes it's remodels we will definitely be back.

Love Homewood Suites. This is in the process of being redone. (Altho I don't like the new design I saw posted) the breakfast good and altho the room was a little care worn it was very clean. Would come here again. Staff is wonderful and so friendly and accommodating!!!'

Extremely dated and not at all clean. Staff is fine but this hotel in no way warrants any more than one star. It needs a complete tear down and renovation. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

The place is very run down. Carpets were disgusting. All of the luggage carts had flat tires, five dollars extra for parking security and planes flying over all night.
