We stayed after attending the Linkin Park concert last night and it was wonderful. We were able to check in early and it was the perfect distance from Bridgestone. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. The only issue was Dierks Bentley is a bar that sounded like it was right outside my window but it is Nashville so I expected that in a way.

This property is what Hilton is! The BEST customer service in the industry. From check in when we were thanked for being diamond members, which most properties fail to acknowledge anymore, to the breakfast buffet! Excellence, quality food and a fabulous variety. Susie, our omelette chef, was exceptional! So polite and professional, she makes a fabulous omelette. I wasn’t even hungry until I saw one on another diner’s plate! Mine was delicious!! And to get excellent service from the staff during a buffet is a treat. We were truly spoiled today. This is why we’re a Hilton family for life!! Thank you Downtown Nashville Hilton! We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Hilton. The best part of our stay was the breakfast in the morning ! Our girl Suzanne did a wonderful job. These were the best omlette I have ever had at a Hilton. And I’ve stayed at a lot of Hilton properties. If you stop at this Hilton make sure you get the breakfast in the morning the whole staff was wonderful. They knew our coffee and drink order and had it ready when we sat down for breakfast. This was the best experience I have ever had when staying at Hilton. The front desk staff was so sweet too. I had a small issue and they fixed it so quickly. Thanks again for the great stay.

Check in was amazing. Cat really made it easy and pleasureable. Fast attentive accommodating knowledgeable. Lounge has great vibe. GYM was great minus broken bike seat. View of downtown from room is amazing. Close to everything. 10/10 would recommend

This was our first time staying at this hotel. After many trips to downtown Nashville. The hotel was everything we could ask for. Melody, who checked us in was very pleasant. We actually had a nice conversation with her, it wasn't a simple check-in, here's your room key, thank you. Also, all the valets that we dealt with were more than helpful. Some even gave us recommendations for food downtown. We'll definitely be back.

Great experience! Rooms were clean, housekeeping was amazing, the service was great. Had breakfast downstairs and Susie had made a fresh omelette that was amazing!
