The shuttle drivers (Antwan and Nick) were absolutely the best!!! They showed us all the best spots in Nashville and dropped us off the beaten path to the best bar off Broadway (Ole Smokey’s). Couldn’t be more impressed with their hospitality. They made the trip!

Great stay and was impressed with Sofae and the front checkin. She was smart, kind and efficient. She greeted us with a smile and took time to show us to elevator and M Club. We are thankful for her hospitality and for getting us a room that didn’t face the construction

Heba and Mariam is dietary were amazing! Very kind and attentive. Food was hot and area was clean. Hotel was clean and bed comfortable.

This is a great business hotel with a super friendly staff! Mina the banquet captain is friendly and made us feel welcome. Ingie on his team was a great host for our conference. One of the best staffed Marriotts I’ve ever been to. Rooms and amenities are perfect for the business traveler

Unfortunately, the staff was incredibly rude and on attentive. The power was out for most of the day until 2:30 in the morning when the memo said it would be out for two hours. I was told that would be a rollaway bed available and then all of a sudden there was not because they were five people. The staff did nothing to accommodate the situation. I then received a phone call telling me that I was rude. It was a very unpleasant, stay, unpleasant staff, and extremely rude.

Great hotel. We are titanium members so they had snacks and drinks all day, breakfast, and evening appetizers. Hotel had a fairly convenient shuttle. It was a little beat up but sure saved on Ubers. Rooms were nicely appointed. Hotel staff was incredibly kind and friendly.
