I booked and paid for this great location on Trips.com. Once I arrived at the location the front desk clerk ran my card and charged me again for my room which wound up putting me in the negative with my banking account. Also, due to the situation, I was unable to use my card to purchase food, drinks or breakfast the next morning because my card was declining due to the over charge to my card. After speaking with the desk manager, he was able to start the process of the second charge to return back to my card however, it will take two-three days to be available. Over the location was nice, the facilities was nice but unfortunately we were unable to have a pleasant experience due to the overcharge. Brandon the other front desk clerk was explaining that several guest that day had the same incident occur to them. Very unfortunate!

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby is excellent to hang out while waiting for groans to join. Pool looked amazing unforgettable I was so busy I didn't get a chance to use it. I will definitely stay they're again.

Overnights stay for early am flight. I called the hotel to ask about parking and shuttle to the airport. The lady I spoke to assured me that I could leave the car and there would be no charge - if I stayed at the hotel overnight. I explained I would be gone 4 nights and was assured there was no problem.
I booked the room through my usual app. I called back the next day to verify the room and the car parking. Again, I was assured I could leave the car with no charge if I spent the night T their hotel.
Upon arrival, I was told I would have to pay parking. I explained my 2 calls and the gentleman said it would be $5 per night. At this point it is very late and my flight was very early so I agreed to pay.the $5 per night. I have no idea how it managed to be $35 but being exhausted, I paid.
I am very upset at being given false information - not once but 3 times.
I have advised my company and friends of the issues I encountered.

When we arrived at the hotel, they didn't check us in until two o'clock in the morning the next day. We waited in the lobby for more than an hour at midnight. Finally, they sent us to a two or three-star hotel with poor conditions. The check-in experience was very good. Sorry, the hotel has promised to refund us but no one from Ctrip has contacted us and dealt with the follow-up. As an old customer of Ctrip, I feel very disappointed and angry. I must ask you for an explanation on this matter!
