Marco was the best bartender EVER!! He made the best drinks and was so nice and welcoming the whole time. He made my whole experience and I refused to go to any other bartender. You seriously have to request Marco if you come here. Ask for the marco-rita.

Marco was such a pleasant experience when visiting the Union for my friends reception. The drinks he made were exceptional along with the service he provided. Would highly recommend asking for him if you ever decide to stay for drinks, you won’t regret it!

I cannot go on about how incredible the bartender Marco was at my friends wedding reception. He was so friendly and fun when recommending new drinks we should try. I highly recommend asking for him when you come to this hotel, he will definitely elevate your experience.

Absolutely stellar service from the bartender named Marco at my best friend's wedding! They were not only incredibly skilled at mixing drinks but also had a warm and welcoming demeanor that added to the joyous atmosphere of the celebration. Their attention to detail and friendly interaction with guests made the evening unforgettable. I highly recommend them for any event!

Wow- what a great experience. Excellent service all around . First visit to Nashville Excellent location - walking distance to Broadway music venue. Hannah at Front desk treated everyone like VIP . Great rooms and atmosphere with this historic hotel. We stayed for 3 days

The architecture is awesome! Such a beautiful building inside and out. The room was awesome also! We had Brunch the next morning the food was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. I will eat brunch here again even with our staying. David was our waiter and he was attentive and met all of our needs! Highly recommend the US and you have to do brunch!

I first want to start off by saying my room and stay was AMAZING! From the ambience of the hotel to all the way to the staff! The valet was amazing and always so welcoming. Mr. Tall, dark, and handsome I think his name was on the drive? Lol Always seemed to be one call away, Alexis was more than amazing. Front desk were more than accommodating to us and our party. This trip was more than special!!

Had a fabulous brunch at Union Station in Nashville with excellent service and information from our server David H. Food and service was amazing! I stayed 2 nights at The Union Station, there was an irritating mix up with the room registration that required the manager's intervention to resolve. The Manager and his staff were prompt, and diligent in handling this matter with professionalism and courteously. I would recommend staying at this beautiful property if you want something beyond a room. If you want to stay, with a hotel staff and Manager who know how to treat you right, then stay here. Thank you, Marriott Team. This was a great stay.
