I first want to start off by saying my room and stay was AMAZING! From the ambience of the hotel to all the way to the staff! The valet was amazing and always so welcoming. Mr. Tall, dark, and handsome I think his name was on the drive? Lol Always seemed to be one call away, Alexis was more than amazing. Front desk were more than accommodating to us and our party. This trip was more than special!!

Had a fabulous brunch at Union Station in Nashville with excellent service and information from our server David H. Food and service was amazing! I stayed 2 nights at The Union Station, there was an irritating mix up with the room registration that required the manager's intervention to resolve. The Manager and his staff were prompt, and diligent in handling this matter with professionalism and courteously. I would recommend staying at this beautiful property if you want something beyond a room. If you want to stay, with a hotel staff and Manager who know how to treat you right, then stay here. Thank you, Marriott Team. This was a great stay.

We went to have drinks at Ergo prior to our dinner reservation and Nori (the bartender) was phenomenal! She was so friendly and helpful to us as out of towners. She gave us many wonderful suggestions and we appreciated the exceptional customer service (when that seems to be lacking in today’s world). The lobby was stunning to enjoy our drinks and appetizers. 5 stars - will be back!

Jessica has been the best most attentive bar tender and server I have ever had. She is kind and intelligent. She does an amazing job caring to all her customers and coworkers. She’s great! The timeliness is outstanding. The drinks and food are amazing. The price is reasonable and you know you will be greeted by a smile. I approved 100% and will come back. I appreciate the outstanding service!

Our server, David H , was informative , courteous and gave us some great suggestions. They had a great bloody Mary bar. The building is beautiful and historical. Food was delicious and we all shared because the portions were plentiful. We will definitely come back again when we are in town.

Converted old tain station into a grand old hotel. David was awesome in the bar. Good drinks. Great conversation. Also Zach showed us some rooms. Fabulous place. Everyone we met was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here next time.
