Older Embassy Suites but pretty nice room. The air conditioning wouldn’t circulate because the door to the bedroom would not stay open. So it got stuffy. Rooms need usb for cell phone charger. Made to order omelettes were very tasty. Staff could have been a little friendlier. When I worked at Embassy Suites in Cincinnati we were alway smiling and happy our guests were there. Valet when we picked our car up and dropped luggage seemed annoyed and so did the cook making the omelettes. Need to work a little more on customer service.

What a great stay! If you are going to Nashville this Embassy Suites is the one. Best value for the money! All staff are excellent. Valet Driver Tony is 5 stars. I say 5 Stars because 6 isn’t an option. He is friendly, trustworthy and super dependable and informative. A added plus is Hattie B”s Hot Chicken is right across the street. You owe it to yourself to try this Chicken. The Valet parking is super easy and affordable for the value. The Managers reception and Breakfast are excellent. Highly recommend

Embassy Suites is often our choice for hotel lodging. We were travelling with another couple and were fortunate to discover a two- bedroom suite with king beds, a common living room, and separate bathrooms. This arrangement was ideal for us. There is only a single minifridge and a microwave. Rooms are serviced daily. Breakfast, as usual, was excellent with omelets made to order, bacon, sausage, french toast, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, fruit, and more. The only negative was their parking garage ($35/night!), and it was very difficult to maneuver an SUV because of tight turns and spaces. Even the hotel employees dislike the garage (which they also use). After finally getting parked, we decided to leave it there. The hotel provides a shuttle service to downtown Broadway and to Vanderbuilt. Our driver, Jonathan, was very pleasant and helpful. Other hotel staff were unfamiliar with the area and couldn't answer simple questions about the neighborhood and any offerings, entertainment, or restaurants. The manager's reception each night was nice and appreciated.

Terrible sttay. Hotel is full of pets everywhere. Breakfast never had enough food. There was always people waiting around for the trays to be filled. Thermostat in the room was not working. Will never stay there again.

Hotel was convenient to Broadway with shuttle service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly too. Pet friendly as well. Breakfast everyday as well, lots of choices and good coffee.

Overall our experience went well. However, I decided to try the omlette station for breakfast one morning, and asked for a simple ham and cheese omlette I sqaw the cook grab a scoop of what was supposed to be ham and throw it on the griddle. It was Grey, and looked like it was very old. I took the completed dish to my table and folded it open. The smell of old meat was overpowering and made me gag. I began to notice other food items that were potential red flags after this, the "fresh" fruit looked frozen and old, scrambled eggs were not completely cooked.. etc. I think if they updated their food strage and handling they would definately be a choice location.

Personnel sympa et compétent. Établissement très bien insonorisation et propre. Literie très confortable, chambre vaste, salon avec micron-onde, évier, réfrigérateur, fer à repasser. Petit déjeuner excellent, bien que à l'américaine : beaucoup de produits salés, peu de sucrés. Exemple : pas de salade de fruits, peu de fruits, pas de chocolat chaud. Nous avons quand même passé un excellent séjour. Par contre, 35$ par nuit pour le parking, c'est un peu du vol. Dommage.
