The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. They have happy hour everyday with free drinks. Breakfast is good. You can choose freshly cooked breakfast. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. It was nice that they have a van that will take you to local tourist areas. The hotel is pretty close to the famous street. I would stay here again. You have to pay for parking.

This property is amazing! The staff,- the check in,- and the entire stay gets a 10. Candace at Guest Services and Pam at hospitality are the best of Hilton. They both exemplify the best of the brand! Thank you Embassy Suites at Vanderbilt for treating us like family! We will be back!

This hotel was great. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Nashville. The staff was very kind. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. The bartenders for the cocktail hour made our evening! They were both so nice and kind. The location on Broadway is great. It's super easy to walk to many places or take a quick Uber.

My experience was amazing with everything except the restaurant/ bar the male bartender spent more time talking ( way to involved) and got side tracked a lot with the customers which I understand that’s what he should do but he was unattentive to others that needed his attention .

My recent stay at the Embassy Suites at Vanderbilt in Nashville was one of the worst stays that I have experienced at a hotel. 1) When I checked in, I inquired about the self parking situation. I was pointed in the direction to drive to reach the covered lot. The first available parking spot was on the 5th floor. Not too bad, seeing how my room was on the 7th floor. The inside parking lot is very dimly lit and when I exited my car, I bumped my head on the very low ceiling. There was no warning of it being a low ceiling and I gouged the top of my head resulting in blood running down my face. I am 5’11, which isn’t extraordinarily tall. 2) I made my way to the elevator to retrieve a cart from the lobby area and noticed that the elevator only went up to the 6th floor. I inquired about how I can get to the 7th floor from my car that was parked on the 5th floor and the front desk clerk instructed me to use the stairs at the other end of the parking lot. There was no way that I was going to carry my suitcases up a flight of stairs. The clerk didn’t have a clue. I finally figured out that I needed to exit the parking garage and go down to the lobby with the loaded cart and then go across the lobby area to a different elevator that reached the upper levels. 3) Upon entering the room, there was a strong musty smell. I turned down the thermostat to circulate the air and it didn’t make a difference. 4) Upon retiring for the night, the bedsheet kept popping off of the corner of the mattress because the sheet didn’t fit the mattress properly. 5) The toilet was sporadically running throughout our entire stay and it was extremely annoying. 6) Upon going to the main lobby area for the included breakfast, both mornings, there were no plates, no tableware and no yogurt. The staff wasn’t keeping up with the demand. The prepared scrambled eggs were sitting in moisture and the bacon was soaked in grease. The temperature in the dining area was extremely cold and everyone was bundled up and complaining about it. 7) After my two night stay at this hotel, I was very happy to be leaving! Upon checking out, I had a question about the “Guest Room” charges of $17.07 and $18.70 on the itemized bill and the clerk didn’t have an explanation, other than to say that it is “a Hilton charge”. I said to him, “well, have a nice day”, to which he answered, “if I have to”. This experience is not what I expect from a Hilton owned property. The building has issues and the staff is poorly trained on proper customer service relations. To the contrary, on my way back home to Florida, we spent the night at The Hampton Inn and Suites in Tifton, Georgia and the room, staff and complimentary breakfast were excellent.

The hotel room was clean. Shower was great! The carpet looked worn. It was clean but needed to be replaced. We were on the 6th floor by the door to the roof and self- parking. The door stuck and really was hard to pull open.
The breakfast was really good. The omelet to order was perfect! Fruit and a large variety of options were available for breakfast. The hotel ‘s location was convenient.

The breakfast was much nicer than most hotels include. The omelets took a while but were made to order. They offered mounds of crisp bacon near the omelet station. Those not wanting to wait for an omelet to be prepared had plenty of other options in the buffet line such as eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, etc to choose from. The happy hour was free each evening ( if you wanted upgraded offerings, they charge $4 per drink to your room) which was a nice touch not to have to spend $25 at a bar for a couple of drinks! They had plenty of lounge seating so your group can talk and chill.
